The place is a good area, very accurate as described in the app, there are plenty of restaurants, it’s also located close to Paulista Avenue, which is a great avenue full of tourists attractions. If You don’t know the area very well, I advise you to use uber to go to places, even though the place seems to be very safe.

Okay property. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great, and the customer service friendly, and everything is quite digitalized, however, we faced a couple of hiccups. First of all, the day of the check in, the check in details would not load on the page and showed * on room and code. The team helped, and finally around 10pm the check-in details FINALLY loaded and the team sent them over. Secondly, the room only had one small blanket, and with the chilly nights, we asked for a second blanket and no response ever came and neither did the blankets, so my family spent cold nights in the room with appropriate covers.

It was an okay experience. I really loved the view from the 21st floor. Staff was nice. Communicate with them via Whatsapp. Wifi didn’t work, only one toilet roll, cleanliness was about a 8/10. Great stay for 4 days solo trip. In order to enter the building you have to ring the doorbell and staff lets you in. Once you are at the door of the room you will be staying in, you will see that it is code locked. The device speaks in Chinese for some reason so hard to understand instructions. But this is how you open it: you place your hand on the knob, then turn the knob upwards, down. If screen is not immediately displayed, press on screen. And then type in password.

This property was one of the most disappointing hospitality experiences I have encountered. The condition of the accommodation raises serious concerns regarding basic health and safety standards, with visible mold present throughout the unit. Frankly, it is difficult to understand how a property in this condition is still being offered to guests without intervention from the local health authorities. The check-in process was equally unacceptable — disorganized, inefficient, and handled by staff who appeared entirely unprepared to assist guests. To make matters worse, the management company responsible for the property proved remarkably ineffective. Despite reporting the issue late in the evening, around 10pm, no meaningful effort was made to relocate or properly support me. A situation involving potential health hazards should never be handled with this level of indifference and incompetence.

The building was clean and employees were friendly. The apartments are independently owned. When I reached out through the app, it took too long to hear back from them. We had difficulty communicating with the owner to get the correct Wi-Fi password. Worse than that, the toilet did not flush well. The apartment building had a plunger, but that’s all they were able to do.

La peor experiencia posible.

La habitación olía a fosa séptica desde el primer día. Las cortinas y almohadas estaban manchadas y el baño resultaba diminuto e incómodo. En siete días nunca cambiaron sábanas ni toallas, a menos que yo pagara extra. La limpieza y el mantenimiento brillan por su ausencia. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie. Pésima atención al cliente.
