The room was clean with a plentiful supply of bathroom towels. Parking was easy with many spaces available. Breakfast was good. Choice was limited for hot food but certainly adequate. Plenty of hot beverages and cereals. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This was our first stay at this hotel, we usually stay at another hotel in Kingston but we tried this one because we stayed at a Home2 Suites by Hilton in North Bay and were very happy with that one - our decision was the right one because this hotel exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Kingston. Parking was easy and there was plenty of it. Lobby and other public areas of the hotel were clean and updated. Staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Amenities in the room (fridge, dishes, microwave, dishwasher, storage, tables, outlets, etc) were beyond expectation, especially for the price! Room was clean and service was quick when we needed some extra stuff. Restaurant (The Cannery) was good, food was pretty good at reasonable prices and our server (Brooke) was awesome! Breakfast was okay, lots of choices but room for improvement on freshness (stale bagel (fine after toasting) and lukewarm meats) - I would rather have less choices to accommodate more freshness. Overall, it was an amazing stay and this is our new favourite place to stay in Kingston.

A great modern suite hotel. A generous sized car park is provided. Swimming pool is modest but very pleasant. The rooms are spacious with plenty of kitchen utensils, fridge and dishwasher if you want to make simple meals without leaving your room. A good workstation and TV are provided and a pleasant shower/wc with the usual toiletries. Snacks are available to purchase in the reception area as is 24 hour coffee station. The hotel is a short taxi ride to downtown Kingston if you want to explore dinner options or there is an on-site Cannery restaurant. Breakfast is included with the usual range of cereals and bread based offer with some hot food choices. Overall an excellent value for money option if you are passing through Kingston, Ontario.

Excellent stay at Home2 Suites Kingston! We travelled as a family with young kids and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was well-equipped with a full kitchenette: fridge, sink, dishwasher, utensils and dinnerware all included, which is a huge plus for families. The pool was warm and well-maintained. What really impressed us was the staff responsiveness, I texted a request for extra pillows and they were at our door within minutes. Breakfast was a highlight: generous spread with bacon, eggs, waffles, cereal, coffee and more. Plenty of options for both adults and kids. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort, convenience and great value. Will definitely be back!
