I would say 4+ rating overall. Excellent location. Once you get into the 4th floor area where the rooms are, it’s lovely; not great before that though. If you have a lot of luggage, the elevator is small. Russel was our greeting staff and was very helpful and friendly. Communication with manager is very good. Charming bedroom with comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom. Decent secure wifi. Just know that this is essentially a guest house with no common seating area / lobby. Lots of nearby places to eat, and grocery/convenience store just a minute away. In summary, it’s a very good option if you’re travelling as a couple, but if you’re hoping to visit with others on site but not in your bedroom, you need to find somewhere else to do it; we travelled as 3 couples and had to lobby crash a nearby hotel to be able to sit and talk together.

Can’t be happier with our stay in Armonia. The checkin in process was easy. I received all communication up front. Paolo explained everything to me. My son and I arrived before the check in time and we were able to leave our bags in the hotel and leave for sightseeing. The place is nice and clean close to everything. All major attractions are no more than 15 min walking distance, including the Termini and metro stations (5 min away). Since I was traveling with my son, the close proximity to everything was really helpful. I would recommend Armonia to everyone and next time when I come to Rome would definitely stay there again.

I loved this hotel! It was in a great location—there was so much to see around it, the opera house, beautiful churches within walking distance, lots of fantastic restaurants close by, and the train station was less than 10 minutes walking. Plus there was a metro station close by. The room was so clean, large, and absolutely adorable! I loved the high ceilings and the gorgeous light fixtures. And it was so quiet. The staff was so helpful and friendly too. wish I could have stayed longer! I would love to come back!

Very central & close to train terminal. Lots of restaurant option close by. This is a guest house & not a hotel and you take a lift up to the 4th floor. Once you receive your room key, you can buzz yourself into the guest house 4th floor. Room was spacious for the luggage.

What an excellent location! An easy walk from Centrale Termini, Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. Very close to Piazza Della Repubblica and the nearby metro station, making transport on the metro a breeze. As a B&B, access was very simple. I recommend contacting the manager Paolo by WhatsApp as the best way to keep up to date with arrival time etc. Housekeeper Russell was still on site when we arrived and he was very helpful and friendly. The room was very quiet and the a/c worked great, so we had two great nights of sleep.

Or room was clean, quiet, and located near several restaurants, some shops, and a small market. There is no "24 hour front desk", but a very helpful person to check you in and help you get settled. Be prepared for minimal amenities and a very small shower. Be aware this building is very old and is shared with several other hotels/B&Bs. Our room was on the 4th floor, and we had to bring our luggage up in an antique elevator large enough for 1 person and 2 pieces of luggage. Value for the cost was ok.

I had a fantastic stay at Armonia All’Opera. The location is excellent and makes exploring the city very easy. The room was clean, tidy, and cleaned and replenished daily, which was much appreciated. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and communication throughout was clear and efficient. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again.
