Pretty cool place

I had an excellent experience during my stay. The place is located in a very convenient area.The staff is very kind. The space was clean, the kitchen had everything I needed to cook. The bed is very comfortable. The lights are not bright enough, but the room has enough sunlight during the day. The gym is very spacious, although they only have dumbbells, an elliptical machine, a bench, and an indoor bike which doesn't turn on. I recommend this place, and if I have the opportunity I would come back.

These people run a scam, they let you reserve a room with a king size bed, what you get is a smaller bed, of course the moment you come into the room you have to go back to say there is a mistake, and the answer you get back is: there are no rooms with king size beds in the whole building. So it’s a scam. Second, they give you a “suite”, which is build in a terrace, so the elevators don’t go there. You must walk the safety stairs to get there, just to find there are 2 suites in the middle of a gym and a “co-working area” (4 desks), with just glass doors between you and strangers and they tell, you can lower the curtains for privacy, it’s the most unprivate & unsafe room in a “hotel” we’ve ever been. At least we got a “proper” room, but never the king size bed we had reserved. You can hear everything, the walls are paper thin. It’s a multipurpose building, not a hotel. The hot water will be enough for 1 person, not for 2. The lightning inside the room is bad, very dark at nights. And pity for hotels.com that they cannot do anything to cancel and get your money back, once we found out they give out king size bed reservations not having one king size bed at all. Read the small letters. There is a 35-40 dollar extra fee for cleaning, Which irritates you more as all the towels and bed sheets have yellow stains, the furniture is dusty, and you cannot tell straight away, but I cleaned the floor with a napkin to pick up something I dropped and it’s black full in dust.

Reservé y pagué por Hoteles.com una noche en Mr. Herold Homes. La reserva estaba confirmada, pero al llegar no dieron acceso efectivo a la habitación ni hubo una persona responsable que resolviera. Primero indicaron que había un supuesto pago pendiente, aunque la plataforma mostraba la reserva pagada. Después no pudieron explicar claramente el saldo y terminaron remitiendo el problema a Hoteles.com. El huésped tuvo que retirarse sin usar la estancia. No fue una cancelación voluntaria: el servicio no se prestó adecuadamente. La atención fue confusa, tardía e insuficiente, y el proceso de reembolso sigue sin resolverse. Lo más preocupante es que hay reseñas previas con problemas similares: falta de encargado, dificultad para acceder y ausencia de respuesta real. Recomiendo evitar este alojamiento hasta que la plataforma verifique su operación, sus cobros y su capacidad real de recibir huéspedes con reservas confirmadas.

Las instalaciones superaron mis expectativas, muy bonitas y confortables con todo lo necesario como para sentirse en casa. Sugiero q las escaleras tengan amortiguador de pasos hacen mucho ruido al ser usadas y eso rompe la tranquilidad.
