Dislike having ALL THE LIGHTS ON at the same time. Need bedside lamps. Wanted an office person to actually talk to when checking out. Appreciated having a ground level room, however. Seemed pretty quiet overall.

The front desk staff was accommodating and good people as reported before the cleaning lady seems to still be loud she was banging on the door at 10:30 which is appreciative in some ways but when you know what time checkout is you don't have to worry about that so I do give four stars but the cleaning lady again is just silly.

It wasnt totally bad but around 10:30 a hispanic woman started banging on doors saying checkout. I M sure she was the clea ing lady as she would enter the room as i left she then proceeded to yell other things in sanish. It was very unprofessional as she was too ealy as check out is 11. The toilet, sink, tub, and bed sheets did seem clean, but the floors were heavily stained and dirty. Items were not properly maintenanced, or fixed correctly, or even completed (dry wall putty over holes in wall, but not smoothed and painted; tub faucet not properly mounted, toilet paper holder broken, cigarette burns on furniture, even though it was a non smoking room.) However, room was roomy, bed was comfortable, AC worked well, and tub was thabkfully very clean seemingly. Neighborhood was pretty noisy.

Very nice

I was a little worried when we first pulled up, as the back side of the building is just concrete and not in a great part of town, but as you come around the corner, you can see that did a ton of remodeling. All new rooms, very clean and well designed. We were incredibly pleased.

Place is clean and rooms are well kept. Only downfall is that walls are too thin and some customers are too loud. Loud music late at night and early in the morning Shady people as well. Other than that room was very nice, clean and comfortable for the price.

For the rate we got it, this room was amazing. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The gap under the door was a bit big and a little concerning but the only problem we had was two june bugs getting in. The surrounding area was a bit shady but no one bothered us for our two day stay. We plan on staying again next time we come down, it was a good room for the price we paid and is close to a lot of fun activities.

The check-in process was quick and easy. The room was not real clean. There was cigarette ash on the floor, hair on the floor in the bathroom, burn holes in the blanket, and the fridge was a little dirty. The room didn't have a TV remote.

We were somehow afraid because we had read comments about the area being a bit dangerous. However, we found everything okay. We stayed there because we were going to a concert and we were on a budget; facility is completely new and modern. There are sometimes outside people trying to sell you stuff, but we just ignored them. It was very great to be honest, even better than we thought. Very quiet and clean. I would def consider staying there if ever needed again.
