Porto Vecchio hidden gem

This hotel is amazing...in the middle of the old town of Porto Vecchio. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and genuine. There is a rooftop terrace and we enjoyed this space for breakfast and dinner. The hotel decor is simple and understated but of the highest quality. Local produce is sourced for the breakfast and the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cafes.

It’s a small hotel, greatly located at the old city center. Although the rooms are quite small, they are well planned and neatly organized, with all you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful on giving you the best information about the area. If you don’t care about luxury, this is for sure a great option in Porto Vecchio.

Hotel Moderne is an elegant gem in the busy centre of Porto-Vecchio. Arrival and departure were very easy -- we communicated via Expedia/WhatsApp beforehand, and Joana sent clear instructions for driving to the drop-off spot directly in front of the hotel, and for the private gated parking a 5-minute stroll away, which even had a charging point for our electric car -- so convenient (don't forget to reserve in advance)! Reception was also able to arrange a last-minute taxi/driver for us to go to dinner just outside town, though also recommended arranging this well in advance. We only stayed for 2 nights and I suspect like most guests, we spent most of our time out and about exploring the nearby beaches and Bonifacio, but Hotel Moderne was a lovely place to return to and wake up in -- the room was cool (great A/C), clean, modern, comfortable (big king-sized bed) and elegant, and mostly quiet even with World Cup games being celebrated just outside. (Maybe bring earplugs if you're VERY sensitive to noise overnight.) Highly recommend as a charming oasis in Porto-Vecchio, and we were so happy with our choice.

Helpful and welcoming staff. Staff did such a good job making recommendations on restaurants and the nearby tourist sites. New and modern hotel (as the hotel name implies). Located in old town Porto-Vecchio which has excellent restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the drinks and view from their rooftop. The hotel is near the centrally located Catholic church which does ring its bell throughout the day. On our Saturday night there, loud music did play from a nearby site until 1 pm which did not allow sleep. The other two nights were quiet. Otherwise, this was hotel and its staff provided an excellent stay.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable, with huge closets and big showers. They were super clean. The rooftop was amazing. And the location was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Hébergement vraiment exceptionnel. Tout était tout simplement parfait. Propreté impeccable, lit très confortable, literie haut de gamme, air climatisé récente et performante, emplacement de choix en plein coeur de Porto Vecchio (au milieu du principal secteur touriste comprenant plusieurs excellents restaurants avec terrasses), roof top avec une vue à couper le souffle, personnel courtois et attentionné, etc. Bref nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et nous y retournerons assurément si nous revenons à Porto Vecchio!

O hotel é super charmoso e moderno. O quarto e o banheiro eram ótimos e o rooftop era incrível. Porém, tivemos problemas com a equipe de funcionários por conta do café da manhã. Super desorganizados, eles perguntaram tudo que gostaríamos no dia anterior e o horário do café, ficamos esperando mais de meia hora e ninguém apareceu até que descemos para perguntar e eles pareciam perdidos. Também houveram alguns erros nas cobranças e demora para realizar o checkout. Acredito que a equipe do hotel precisa de mais experiência e treinamento, mas fora isso, adoramos! A localização também era perfeita!

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de PV Refait à neuf avec des matériaux de qualité de belles prestations Terrasse agréable, prêt de parasol pour les balades à la plage Petit bémol, l hôtel Moderne ne bénéficie pas de parking. Possibilité de louer un parking à environ 400 m de l hôtel. Pas super pratique lors des Check in et Check out…peut être le prix à payer pour résider dans le centre historique de PV Bel établissement, bien tenu, à recommander

Dopo aver chiesto in anticipo di vari giorni una stanza con vista città o vista mare per festeggiare il compleanno ci hanno dato una stanza al piano terra dietro la recepción con vista al cuoco del ristorante difronte. Per il resto posizione formidabile con alcune migliorie anche di controllo qualità, le federe del cuscino erano bucate, sarebbe il miglior albergo in centro città di porto vecchio

Moderne et efficace

Une nuit dans ce très bel hôtel, idéalement situé pour un passage express dans la ville de Porto Vecchio. Attention: un peu bruyant si chambre côté ville et manque de choix sale au petit déjeuner. Je n’ai pas le droit de manger sucré et je n’avais aucune option.
