The mgr. Was very nice. The young man was very helpful and friendly. The surrounds of the building was very dirty. The maps said, this place wasn’t far from from the city center. I believe 10 mins drive. This is completely the opposite area and no safe area.

The reviews did not look encouraging and we just booked the place because it was affordable and close to the train/flixbus station. But the room turned out much more comfortable and roomier than in the photos, it was a very pleasant surprise. The place is a walk away from the various tram lines, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes just a minute of walk down the street. Kind and helpful staff. For people worried about safety, they lock the hotel at night and you buzz in. Overall, we were just expecting a place to crash at and out of all the places we stayed at during our European trip that one was really one of the best.

Overall pretty good , friendly staff, a bit misleading, on hotelscombined.com saying it's 1.2mls to centre, it is 2 miles to centre. , big apartment, usual few whinges , but all small, would bother some , loose shelf by bed, loose tap, biggest whinge , no instructions for electric hob , no indicator light , no button indicators , so hard to tell if on or not , didn't realise it was ON, as no red light on , put plastic chopping board on it which melted and whole block evacuated.
