Roxford is great, clean and useful for tourists. 15 to 20 min away from downtown depending on the time of the day. I got the private room and it was amazing. There is parking if you need to, Dublin excellent public transportation has a stop right in your front door.

Modern bathroom with walk-in shower was especially welcome, as was the air conditioning, ensuring a cool night's sleep. Charming place, staff was amazing. Was not as accessible to the downtown areas as maps made it appear. Yes there is a bus stop right in front, but taking that bus to city center would’ve taken over half an hour. So prepare for a very long walk (at least 30 minutes.) Stayed in a single, and it had plenty of space for me. Spotlessly clean, and nicely decorated - a bit of a splurge for me, but well worth it. Great to have in-room temperature controls that worked flawlessly, and to have virtually silent heat/a.c. Fabulous breakfast; friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Walkable to town, though there are plenty of easy bus options also. Coach to the airport (direct) just one block away. Highly recommended.
