Had a wonderful 3 night stay with my wife in early July. We felt very welcome and comfortable upon arriving - Josephine showed us around and set that tone for what would be a fun and comfortable stay. Recommend using the car valet service - it’s a bit pricey but so convenient as you will probably be heading out of town most days. Breakfast was excellent - and one hour complimentry spa treatment relaxing after a day of hiking. Recommend getting a reservation for the restaurant SanBrite during your stay- it is like performance art - and the food is pretty good too. Will return.

Simply Amazing Hotel

Service at this hotel was nothing short of amazing, they helped to make us very comfortable as well as helped to plan all the logistics of our trip. Rooms were very clean and well-maintained. Excellent location right at the heart of Cortina, walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

The hotel is beautifully designed, the food is wonderful, the staff are lovely. Two things let it down for me - the rooms do not have AC so our room was 26 degrees which made sleeping difficult. The hotel is on a main road through Cortina so having the window open to try and cool the room made things pretty noisy (which also made sleeping difficult). The communal spaces clearly are air conditioned so it feels like a miss to have not incorporated into the bedrooms in a hotel of this calibre. I heard other guests talking about the temperature of their rooms at breakfast (“sweltering”). The hotel did give us a fan but that only does so much. For late autumn/winter stays I’m sure this would be absolutely no problem but for September, it was just too hot and I left feeling not well rested after 4 nights.

Stay of a lifetime

Hotel de Len was hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The attention to detail by the staff was amazing. Everything was taken care of immediately and with a smile. It was so much fun staying there, I can't wait to go back one day. The location was great, a block away from the town center and all of the shopping, dining and Olympic rings. The spa was also a highlight with views from the top floor looking across the valley and the town of Cortina.

Loved the spa facilities!!!! Breakfast was outstanding with homemade pasties and yogurt each morning. Staff went above and beyond for us. Do not like the blow dryer connected inside the drawer and would like a mirror for getting ready in the main bed area so the other person can be in the bathroom while I’m also getting ready.

Great location, wonderful service and very clean and modern room. Breakfast is amazing, a la carte service included. Quite expensive for what you get, likely because there is less selection for this quality in Cortina. No air conditioning, which is unacceptable for a property this expensive and they promote that it has - required sleeping with the windows open and since the hotel is on a busy street this meant sleeping was terrible.
