I stayed for three nights at PapavistaRelais while in Rome and would book this place again when I come back to Rome. You go up a flight of stairs and you are at the Vatican Museum; St Peter’s Basilica is a 10-15 minute walk. There are multiple restaurants in the area and you can walk to the metro. The room is huge; clean and beautiful with a big bathroom. I highly recommend this place.

Great hotel

I really liked the hotel! The location is great: the Vatican museum can be seen directly from the room window, and there shops and restaurants nearby. It is very convenient to take a metro and travel to other parts of Rome. The room was very nice and comfortable, and stuff is very friendly. Thank you very much, I would love to be back! P.S. The only drawback is that it can be noisy at nights, since there is a road and noises can be heard very well. But after an active day in Rome it should not be a problem to sleep well)

The deaf gentleman is very helpful and he writes all necessary details when asked. The room is small, but clean and if the aim is to be out and just come to sleep then it’s great or even for a short rest in between. No breakfast, but plenty places close by. The place is located well lots of good restaurants and a nice market just down the road. I recommend you to visit the market the people are so friendly and let’s you taste various specialties. I loved the cheese stand: Francastelle Food, Eccellenze Gastronomiche Italians, Mercato Trionfale, Box 162, Via A. Doris 41 - 00192 Roma. Walk down the road cross and one comes to a small shopping area. About 15 minutes to Vatican. Also the host you cannot reach per call, but pretty good to respond on WhatsApp. May I add the host was so kind and lets us leave our luggage as we arrived early and late check-out for an extra €30. I would stay there again.
