A delightful little hotel in the heart of Chișinău. Richmond Hotel is quiet, comfortable, and very well located, just a short walk from the park and city centre. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything felt clean and well cared for. A lovely place to stay — I would happily return.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Chişinău. Polite staff. Very convenient location, a few steps to parks, restaurants, shops. Room is spacious and beautifully decorated and equipped (kettle, fridge etc.). Very quiet when windows are closed. Delicious food in the restaurant. Breakfast could be better though.

Much much better than I expected. Staff went above and beyond to help me. When going to Chisinau THERE IS A LOT TO SEE.. GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE AND EXPLORE THE CITY! EVERYWHERE IS SAFER THAN WESTERN EUROPE! Local buses are regular and it is easy to understand where you are going.

Have stayed many nights at another hotel in Chisinau but Richmond was much better - many thanks to the staff who were friendly. (It is not very common others in Chisinau). Large rooms, large clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, generous with extras in the bathroom, good breakfast. Recommended!

Very friendly staff at the hotel. We left early in the morning before breakfast service, but the staff had prepared a lunch box for us beforehand. All in all - we had a splendid stay.
