Older property. Wonderful staff. Thin walls. Large rooms. Great for a stay with a large family. Multiple bathrooms. Large backyard/patio. Would not recommend going to Salou during the slow season. Almost everything is closed, and the town looks abandoned. The beach is beautiful.

The apartment was spotless on arrival and much more spacious than expected. It benefits from great air‑conditioning, a full fridge freezer, a washing machine, and balconies at both ends which made the stay really comfortable. The WiFi was strong throughout and the whole complex felt clean and tidy. The pool area doesn’t have sun loungers, just a grass section, which is worth noting. There’s a gym and spa on site, but they only open between 4pm and 8pm, so I didn’t get the chance to use them. Check‑in is strictly at 5pm, and checkout information was mixed — confirmation said 12, reception notice said 11am, and the deposit receipt said 10am. Despite that, the location is perfect with excellent nearby transport links. Overall, great value for money and I would definitely book again. Staff were friendly and reception staff extremely helpful and polite

One of the worst hotels for value and comfort I've stayed in for sometime. For clarity I normally book 3 star - 4 star hotels. This hotel was outdated in many ways, the room had stains on several walls and ceiling (block C third floor room), the mattress was as hard a dinning table, the window blinds were near impossible to open/close without getting a friction burns, the noise pollution from the truck park behind our room was also terrible throughout the night(although the hotel cannot be blamed for truck drivers revving engines) I'm not allowed to mention the rates it keeps getting rejected but trust me they were expenses and parking not included and yet we had one set of towels the whole time. Outside the hotel were several trash bins and they did not get the attention they need from the council, always overfilled and smelling terrible (We live in Spain so are familiar with how the brilliant system works here) it should be daily, high season often more than once a day. Good points: Plenty of space, balcony's were a large size too with the front one overlooking the pool, staff on the reception are very polite and friendly every time we passed through.

The apartment is spacious, has large balconies, a kitchen. The bedding & the towels are OK. The train station and Port Aventura / Ferrari Park are easy to get to by feet. Many restaurants & grocery stores nearby. They should’ve let us know that only the soap bar (no shampoo or shower gel) was provided. We had checked in after 10 PM and taking the shower with just a basic soap was not the best experience. I can’t see why they wouldn’t spend another 50 cents to a euro on a shampoo or shower gel. There is no restaurant at this apartment hotel, but there are many options within a few minutes walk.

Here's an improved version of your text: --- The apartments offered good value for the price we paid, but there are a few minor details that could use some attention: - Two of the doors needed adjusting as they kept catching on the floor tiles, requiring considerable effort to open and close. - The crockery and cutlery provided were quite minimal. - Some of the skirting boards and architraves were damaged due to moisture ingress, which didn’t look great. It would have also been nice to have some sun beds around the pool; while I was fine lying on the grass, my wife and teenage children weren’t as happy about it. That said, our three-bedroom apartment was spacious, with plenty of room for us and four teenagers. It also had two good-sized balconies with a lovely view of the pool.

Cheap, basic but lost of space

Booked last minute (day before), chosen for the price (very cheap) and the fact it had two bedrooms. Good facilities at complex, shame outdoor pool wasn’t open, apartment was ground floor and had a huge outdoor space, but unfortunately due to this also ants access to the apartment. Apartment was clean but decor/facilities very basic, no kettle or toaster & even had to request a shelf for the oven to be able to cook. No temperature control on the fridge or extraction in bathrooms. Sofa beds (4) in front room indicate its use in the summer as lads pad -which it is perfect for. Good help from front desk staff, & we were given access to apartment when arrived at 9am (rather than 5pm). About 12 min walk to both beach & Portaventura. We would stay again, but probably ask for a different room.

In the first unit the air conditioning was not working The bottom of the doors and the floor boards were rotten. Stains on the couch. We were given another unit. It was identical except the air condition that did work and there was under garments left under the bed. So very disappointing. I would not recommend this property.

Ligger bra til i forhold til salou og portaventura, gåavstand 20 min til portaventura. Veldig hyggelig innsjekkings vert, parkering i kjeller til 15 euro, billig. Leilighet var stor og fin, 85 kvm, 2 ballkonger, 2 bad, men så ut som om det har vært vannlekkasje der, dårlig luft og råteskader minst 5 cm på gulvlister i hele leiligheten. Også råteskader i tak på bad, så det må ha vært vannlekkasje. Ikke akseptabelt å leie ut denne. Ellers fin området og basseng/spa

Slitt leiligheter som sårt trenger renovering .

Vi booket for 14.dager. Leiligheten var veldig slitt. Virket som det hadde vært vannlekkasje i hele leiligheten. Mye råte nede på alle lister.Store leiligheter med god plass, men trenger sårt renovering. Fint uteområde og fin beliggenhet. Det stod redusert renhold, men vet ikke hva som menes med det. Ingen renhold på 14.dager, eller skift av håndkle og sengetøy. Hyggelige resepsjonister.
