10/10 Exceptional

We had a great stay, the room was clean and exceeded our expectations for the price. The location was perfect with walking distance to many of the sights we wanted to see this time. A couple of friends of ours had booked a hotel further away from the city center but wished they had booked the same place as us. This was our 2nd time in Bucharest, will there be a 3rd we will definitely book the same place.

Really enjoyed our time at this property. The staff and rooms were great. After lots of traveling, we really appreciated that there was laundry in the building. And it was great to relax with a nice sauna and pool.

6/10 Good

I stayed for about a week. The good: Great location, friendly staff, and the public areas are nice and clean. I also received an upgrade to a bigger apartment after experiencing toilet issues in the first one. The not-so-great: Apartment cleaning only happens every four days, but even after it was done, the apartment didn't feel very clean. Both apartments I stayed in were poorly maintained. For example, some lightbulbs weren't working, the silicone sealant at the base of the shower screen was visibly peeling off (causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor), the shower head holder on the wall was loose, and the water pressure was low. All things considered, it was a nice stay, but they do need to take better care of the apartments
