Staff went above and beyond

8/10 Very good

The hotel is well-situated in St. Germain and is easily accessible to the Metro and a supermarket. A lot of small cafes are within 2-5 minute walk. The elevator is very useful for people who need assistance, as well as the walk-in showers. The only thing that we wished the hotel had provided (for the price point) was a small fridge in the room for cooling our drinks and storing milk or cream, which the hotel does not provide in the room,

8/10 Very good

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were merely adequate because they are small. Two single beds and they were basic mattresses. Shower was very small but the hot water worked great and the shower head was very nice. Location of hotel was excellent - very convenient to the Metro, shopping, bakeries, and restaurants.

8/10 Very good

The hotel is located in a great location. The staff is friendly. They were doing renovations while we were there so we had to go to a nearby hotel for breakfast and the lift was not working. Despite these little inconveniences, I would recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious and the area is quite but convenient.
