We were some of the only people there, it was off season for this location so parking and the pool were no problem but you have to drive in order to get to any of the sites or attractions. Staff was friendly and room was big with plenty of space for a large family. A/C worked well.

This is a very strange hotel in that it puts itself out as being grand, and decorated the lobby in a grand fashion, but the rooms themselves are incredibly sterile and basic. It's like they had great aspirations when they built the hotel but ran out of money when the time came to decorate the rooms. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. There are very limited options for dining in the area (basically one Italian restaurant).

Most of the hotel was closed due to the time of year. No bar open, no restaurants etc. This was not made clear when booking and we specifically looked for a place with options for dining. The kids were excited to use the Jacuzzi after a long day on the ski slopes but they were charging €100 per hour for the four of us (again, no surcharge mentioned on the booking platform). We had to ask for water to be replenished in the room which seemed strange for a five star hotel. The room was a good size for a family of four. Out of season, I would say this is more a three star hotel with hidden costs which need to be clearer.

Only stayed one night but this place had fabulous sized rooms and a great bathroom with jetted tub. We checked in Christmas Eve and their restaurant and pool area was not open but I guess that's to be expected. 10 minutes drive from Nevada shopping mall and 15 minutes from the city centre

30 euros for and u ugly parking, the hotel is super far away from Granada, should be call different, the rooms are super big, the buffet is so so but the service is the worst, they charge us twice for the buffet and the receptionist star makings excuses for not returning them to us at the end she did it. J'ai séjourné ici une nuit, précisément pour profiter du spa (dont j'avais entendu dire beaucoup de bien) et pour me détendre après un voyage épuisant de dix jours. À mon arrivée, on m'a annoncé que le spa était fermé jusqu'en août — une information qui ne m'avait été communiquée ni lors de la réservation ni auparavant. Tous les bars étaient fermés. La chambre était couverte de poussière de plaques de plâtre et de traces de pas laissées par des ouvriers. Deux personnes sont entrées dans la chambre alors que je m'y trouvais. La salle de bains était mal entretenue. Il y avait des fourmis dans le lit, sans raison apparente. L'hôtel était désert. Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles affilié à Meliá, c'est extrêmement décevant.

Desayuno es muy mal y no en el nivel de 5 estrella hotel. Sobre todo había un grupo de chinos de casi 50 personas y vaciando todo s platos de la comidas . Encima con solamente una persona de staff . Que pena el único fallo de este hotel. Gracias
