Room was clean, but they have multiple types of rooms pictured when ordering. You may want to confirm with the resort what room you want and what room you are ordering match. Not sure if this is all the rooms, but the blinds didn't not cover the whole window.

The place is amazing, it is WV so fact the population of brown ppl Is 2 Black or African American residents out of a total town population of under 1,000.0.1% to 0.2% of the town's population..this can make way for blatant racism which directly impacts safety and the ability to enjoy the space. While one waiter at the canary refused to even wait on us another was super kind. The Spa just opened and is fabulous, the town is a sleeply town with antique shops and old time vibes, the grounds are spectacular. I was scared to death the first night, and ready to go home the 2nd. I would visit again with a larger squad but remain vigilant. Some people are just ignorant.

I had the impression this place will have a place to cook indoors..however it did not... It dis had a faucet in the room. No sure why if you will not bee cooking indoors... I am not sure of the anemities it offered , I suggest you do...for the price you may be paying

Beautiful new lodge registration and dining areas. But with the shortfalls we notice, I'd say it's a stretch to call it a 'resort.' There were several maintenance issues: broken shades; damaged molding around doors (inside and out); broken tiles in the shower. There was a thick layer of dust on the refrigerator. The pool and hot tub were NOT heated, as advertised. We were disappointed with our stay. Likely will not return.

This is a great place to get away from the world. My wife and I stayed in a cabin as a base to hike at parks around the area. It was nice to come back and use the soak tub after hiking each day. Berkeley springs is a nice little town. They have many family owned restaurants with great food. We plan on returning to the cool font to stay in a cabin again.

We had a great time there. The place is really nice the staff is great. The cabins are amazing and the fishing is always fun if u like fishing. What a great time with the family for a very reasonable price. WE REALLY ENJOY IT THERE AT COOL FONT😎. I really enjoy the jacuzzi. The only thing is its hard to get in an out of. It's to high for little lags like myself 😆 but all an all I love it..

Nice, unique place to stay. In the woods, with our building is unlike anywhere else where we have stayed. I would stay here again. It is like being in a campsite, but staying in a hotel room. Since the buildings are not attached to any others, there is zero noise from neighbors.

I love Coolfont! It’s such a cozy place to rent a cabin with my pups. There’s only one thing I would change and that is to make the charging and electrical outlets closer to the beds. It was very difficult to charge my phone because the only working outlets were not convenient too places to rest the phone.

The outside of the resort definitely needs some TLC, but our room was very clean. The check-in and checkout process was very easy. The price for one night of $200 was a bit expensive but overall we enjoyed Berkeley Springs.
