Love the walkable location in relation to 798 Art District and nearby restaurants. Great for this area of Beijing but far from anything a first time visitor might want to see. Also super convenient for getting to and from the airport via taxi.

We stayed at Jiuxian Apartment because it was close to the airport. The apartment was clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We took a short walk around the 798 art area next door before heading to the airport. It was very interesting. We'd like to return in the future.

cleanness can be improved for the toilet. bedding was comfortable and clean. spacious condo and friendly for families. location is good and next to 798 area where you can walk/view/shop for a whole day. 10-min walk to a subway station. a nice food court is just next to the neighbourhood.

객실이 오래된 아파트라 조금은 낡았지만 가격을 생각하면 납득가는 컨디션이고요. 그외에는 직원들도 친절하고, 무언가 문제가 있을때 잘 도와주시고 잘지내다 왔습니다. 리모델링이 언젠간된다면 더 좋겠지만, 관광을 많이 해서 숙소에서 잠만 자거나, 가족여행으로 가서 넓은 숙소가 필요하다면 추천해요. 직원들이 친절해서, 후기 잘안남기는데 좋은 피드백을 위해 남겨요. 가격은 숙소가 낡아서 싸지만, 직원들은 친절했어요

한인타운이 위치한 왕징과 가까워서 좋았고 전반적으로 시설이 좋았어요. 무엇보다 좋은 것은 직원들의 친절함과 요구사항에 대한 즉각적인 대응이 마음을 편하게 해줬습니다
