Absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Sooo close to the train station, 5 min walk max. Super friendly staff, all of them. The lady on reception was outstanding. The room was big and spacious and had everything we needed. Good air con and black out blinds. Breakfast was also great and the free transfer to port was the cherry on the cake.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing, they accommodated us with bikes in the morning, We met up with the rest of our family and they went above and beyond to welcome us all in the lobby. The area is a 3 minute walk from the train station and 15 minute walk to the square where you find restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend.

We stayed here for 2 nights after our cruise. I have to mention I booked it because it said it offered a shuttle for the cruise, what it failed to mention is the shuttle is only for those going on a cruise from Ravenna. If you’re arriving via a cruise make sure you book a cruise shuttle to the train station. The shuttle will drop you off just a bit from the station, proceed to the station and the hotel is a short walk from there. The rooms are a good size, very clean, quiet at night, beds are comfortable and the breakfast offered is very good. It’s an easy place to explore the sights of Ravenna from with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Our room was not ready when we arrived as it was early in the morning but the clerk directed us to a laundromat and by the time we were done our room was ready. Definitely recommend this hotel for a stay prior or after a cruise.

Hotel is a very short walk from Ravenna train station. Staff was very pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable, although a bit dated. We took advantage of the free cruise shuttle. Comfortable smooth and timely ride. Thank you so much! Breakfast was small but tasty, especially the daily cakes! We would stay again if in Ravenna for a cruise departure or to visit the Dante corridor.

Very conveniently located just a short walk from the Ravenna train station. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was pretty basic but clean and comfortable. Big bonus for cruisers as the hotel provides a free shuttle to the cruise port (which is actually quite far away).

We only stayed the one night, and it was really just a “pit stop” before we went on a cruise out of Ravenna. The hotel is very close to the train station (as we came down from Venice), and our room included a transfer to the port. The breakfast was good and the staff were nice, but we weren’t impressed with the room. The beds were very hard and there was no character to the room. Also, the WiFi was terrible.
