We had a pleasant stay at this property. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful through our visit. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The property was well-maintained and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Booked a self catering apartment however place lacked any equipment to use to cater - no utensils, only 1 frying pan and one pan. No chopping board. Oven did not work for first 3 days. Bought our own wine glasses. Crockery chipped. Both bathrooms had smell of drains. Room cleaned on request. Pools were not cleaned and could not be used. Only a small amount of rooms had a balcony which ours did not. Decor was dated. Plenty of towels and bedding. Breakfast has a good variety of food but nothing that appealed to traditional English person. Don’t expect cereal or toast or bacon and egg. But you can get chips or vegetables. Nothing around this hotel but close to altar bus stop which has can take you 40 -60 mins to old town or 20 mins other way to bright lights and evening shops.

Overall this property needs attention. Require repair work in rooms. Staff needs more training, and a professional to organise. Our tour ended well however there were few initial hiccups.

Our experience was very disappointing and did not match what was advertised. The complimentary minibar listed in the hotel features was not available, and the receptionist was unfriendly and rude. The room had cobwebs on the ceiling, the hot water was inadequate, and the breakfast did not seem fresh. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and caused back pain. The pools were also poorly maintained, with cigarette butts and stones visible in the water. Also there are no shuttles that go to the beach. You either have to go with a taxi or with the bus. Overall, the hotel fell well below expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service.

We stayed in room no 112, which was very nice as the pool was right in front of our room. For five people, this room is absolutely convenient. The employees were very friendly and helped where they could. Perfect for a few days, but also absolutely recommended for longer stays. Family friendly and super comfortable. Definitely coming back.

The shower head was faulty and we could not operate the jacuzzi due to an abscence of hot water. The hotel was close to the beach though.
Verified review

2/10 Poor

The room was acceptable, but the property itself was poorly maintained. The shower was broken, and the handwash dispenser had been filled with water. Housekeeping was provided only every three days, and breakfast was included only once for the entire stay, none of which had been mentioned when we booked the hotel. The hotel is not located near a beach as shown in the photos. The pools were dirty and open to guests. This was the least satisfactory of the three places we stayed in Turkey. In contrast, Antalya is a truly beautiful city and the best we visited in Turkey.

Terrible hotel

Terrible hotel the staff member thought he was entitield and felt he was superiour than the paying customer his ciggrette break was more important than the client. Hotel was smelly and broken Even guests warned us not to stay Thank god we booked another hotel where staff were welcoming and roims were clean. And cheaper than this so called hotel.
