Restaurant staff could be more friendly. Room ok but some improvements including exposed electrical points and A/C temperature control not working. Tennis court good,Animation staff friendly and did a good job. Limited info on tours to Sahara. English language skills could be improved as more guests arrive who don’t speak French or Arabic. Nice hotel and good staff that work in the pool area. In the reception the staff was not that helpful. I also got food poisoning from the restaurant so I could not eat anything that trip and was not compressed anything or got any apologies.

We went for it because of 10/10 rating. We had to wait for long time to check in and when we had the key we had to find the room ourself without any help. Put our valubles in the safe including our money after we locked the safe we couldnt open it again so contacted the disk to inform them as we need to get our money they said you have to wait till the day after so we couldnt buy nothing or put deposite for the towels to swim. Horrible service never go there again. Phoned hotel com proised to help and regitered the complaint and zero result

Super piscine, belle plage et chambre ok (spacieuse mais pourrait être améliorée). Malheureusement, l’hôtel est mal managé, conduisant à des situations grotesques et agaçantes. Pour ne citer que deux exemples: les serviettes de bain ne peuvent qu’être obtenues que dans un shop sur la présentation d’une carte. La carte peut être obtenue à la réception mais seulement avec le paiement d’une caution en TDN. Malheureusement, le bureau de change était fermé… Deuxième exemple: le pool bar requiert un paiement en cash (je nage pas avec mon portefeuille…)

Schöne Hotelanlage mit schönem Strand vor der Tür. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Jedoch sollte man bedenken, dass immer sehr viel los ist mit Animationsprogramm, was je nach Urlaubstyp positiv oder negativ sein kann. Wir waren von der Schaumparty sehr positiv überrascht. Der Nachtisch ist gut, aber das Essen ist im allgemeinen sehr allerlei und schnell eintönig. Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, jedoch hatten wir eine Kakerlake im Zimmer, was aber eher dem Klima als der Hygiene geschuldet ist. Zimmer war sonst sauber.

Vorab…wir hatten eine schöne Zeit für Badeurlaub optimal. Leider ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen und durchaus renovierungsbedürftig. Die Pool Landschaft sehr großzügig und der kurze Weg über eine kleine Straße bis zum Hotel eigenen Sunset Beach schnell zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ein großes Lob an alle Animateure. Sie machen einen tollen Job. Positiv...wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, am Ende des Hotels, und diese Zimmer waren leider definitiv in keinem guten Zustand gerade die Bäder renovierungsbedürftig. WLAN funktionierte in unserem Zimmer überhaupt nicht auch nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung, dies vielleicht zu ändern keine Verbesserung. Positiv können wir auf jeden Fall das großzügige Mittags und Abend Buffet hervorheben mit abwechslungsreicher Themen Küche. Zum Thema All Inclusive Angebot in Bezug auf die Getränke im Hotel war es enttäuschend, da es eigentlich keine richtige Getränkekarte gab und man sich seinen eigenen „Cocktail“ selbst zusammenstellen musste. Wir sind dann auf die bezahl Variante umgestiegen und mehrmals in die Sunset Beach Bar gegangen. Da waren die Cocktails lecker, allerdings auch mit einem relativ hohen Preisniveau. Das Fitnessstudio wurde leider abgeschafft und den Spa Bereich mit Massage und Hamam haben wir auch getestet. Massage top 👍allerdings das Hamam war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht überzeugend. Fazit…für einen kostengünstigen All Inclusive Badeurlaub ist es okay.

Equipe vraiment agreable petit bémol pour les barmans un peu en dessous mais l’equipe d’animation et restaurant vraiment top ! Un hotel plutot agreable et bien equipé juste coté insonorisation c’est pas le top, une double porte dans les chambres ferait tres bien le travail. Le buffet est bien plutot correct et bien achalandé. Je recommande cet hotel et felicite les equipes d’animation qui vehicule un vraie bonne ambiance dans l’hotel.

L’accueil n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. Les personnes de l’accueil ne sourient pas voir très peu. La femme de ménage passe récupérer les serviettes à 8-9h sans échange. On récupère des serviettes propres très tard vers 16h. Les animateurs sont sympas dans l’ensemble. Les soirées sont pour les personnes âgées. Très peu de musiques dans l’air du temps. Attention prévoir serviettes de plage sinon vous devez verser un caution de 7 euros environ pour un fota. Le buffet est mangeable sans plus.

Très bon séjour, le personnel est adorable, c'est un bel hôtel, les animations sont super. Petit point à améliorer la literie, les repas aussi il y a beaucoup de variétés de plats mais pourrait être amélioré côté saveurs. En revanche quand c'était le thème Tunisie au restaurant c'était vraiment très bon.

De kamer voor drie personen is een beetje klein. Het eten kan beter, vooral het vlees en de hoofdgerechten. Het personeel is niet erg vriendelijk, vooral in het restaurant, maar de animatie is prima.
