The Riad is amazing. It’s a sanctuary away from all the madness Marrakech has to offer. The Riad is very well decorated and designed, cool in the day and just right at night. Super clean and the staff are always on hand to answer any questions, they really couldn’t do enough. Breakfast was perfect and on the roof terrace, a great way to start the day. Small plunge pool to cool down, with sun beds. Plenty of shade and cool spots should you want them. The owner has done an amazing job and you will have no complaints should you book this Riad. Easy to walk to the square, the staff even arranged for a simm on our arrival to help us get about. If you book the Riad you will not be disappointed.

Location: the Riad Livia is tucked away in the old Medina, just enough to be a peace haven but one only has to walk 5min to be immersed in the bustling walking streets of Marrakech, with the souk and the Jemaa-al-fna equidistant (15min walk). The taxi drop off/pick up is also very close. Our room (the suite) was of good size, with great decorations and charms. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and generous to our taste. We would also recommend dining there. We did it for our first night and in the lovely settings of the Riad, it really set the scene for our break in Marrakech. The menu was full of flavour and generous. And the hospitality was fantastic. Youssef, Seymour and the team were real stars, professional, friendly.

What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the outstanding service from Mohamed and Jusuf. They went above and beyond every single day to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Mohammed was incredibly helpful with recommendations, organization, and making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. What an incredible experience at this little oasis in the heart of the Medina. Amazing location in the centre of all the action. The staff were wonderful - special thanks to Youssef and Mohammed for their kindness and hospitality. I loved the food - wow. The breakfast was a wonderful way to wake up and the couscous was so so delicious! Had a beautiful massage, with actual pressure - something that is difficult to find away from home. All the details make this place so special. The garden, the seating areas, the textiles, the decor, the linens, the wonderfully-scented shampoo and lotions. Riad Livia was one of the highlights of my trip to Marrakech. The breakfast was outstanding, and the rooftop was absolutely my favorite part—I found myself wanting to stay there instead of going out because it was so peaceful and beautiful. A special thank you to Youssef and Simo, who went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The location is also perfect: about a 10-minute walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa, close enough to enjoy all the action but far enough away for quiet, restful nights. The walk back was also a great way to burn off all the delicious Moroccan food! I highly recommend Riad Livia and would gladly stay there again.

Riad Livia is a beautiful and authentic Moroccan riad with a peaceful atmosphere, stunning courtyard, and very friendly staff. The inside of the hotel is much more beautiful than the outside streets around it. One important thing to know is that the riad is deep inside the old medina near Jemaa el-Fnaa, where the streets are very narrow and crowded, and taxis cannot reach the hotel area. You should expect a lot of walking, It can also be inconvenient for arranging transportation or tours. However, if you enjoy walking and exploring the medina on foot, then this is actually a very good hotel and a great authentic Marrakech experience.
