This is a centrally located hotel, close to shops, restaurants, the main bus station, the castle and the water. I reserved a double room but was given one with 2 single beds which wasn't ideal. Fortunately the mattress and pillow were quite comfortable. The bathroom was very small. The ac worked well which was great because the weather was hot. The highlights were the buffet breakfast and the location. Good hotel for 1 or 2 nights. The staff were as helpful as they could be with limited English. I didn't have time to use the pool but it looked clean and refreshing.

Tam bir f/p oteli. Family suit odada 5 kişi kaldık. Eksi yönleri yataklar çok eski sağdan sola dönerken ses çıkarıyor. 5 kişi olmamıza rağmen bir kişiye çekyat verildi ve taş gibiydi yatak istediğimizde temin edemediler. Odalarda balkon yok ıslak havlular mayolar her şeyi evde bir yerlere asmaya çalışıyorsunuz. Kahvaltı çeşidi yok gibi bir şey. Her gün aynı menü ve kaliteli olduklarını sanmıyorum. Kahvaltı ettiğiniz yerde sandalyeler çok eski düşecek gibi hissediyorsunuz. Artı yönleri bebeklerime park yatak temin edildi ve temizdi. Odalar wcler genel olarak temizdi. Yorumlarda böcek vs yazmışlar hiç karşılaşmadık sinek bile yoktu camlarda sineklik vardı. Nevresimler havlular temizdi ve istediğimiz an yenilediler. Otelin en sevdiğimiz yanı tam merkezde olması kapıdan çıktığınız an deniz, taksi durağı, marketler dibinizde. Otelde çok vakit geçirmeyecekseniz idare eder.

Desværre havde vi en rigtig dårlig oplevelse på Costa Viva Hotel i Bodrum, og vi kan derfor ikke anbefale hotellet. Personalet virkede meget ligeglade og var generelt ikke særligt hjælpsomme. Rengøringen var desuden utilfredsstillende. Vi bad flere gange om at få gjort rent, fordi vi oplevede, at værelset ikke blev rengjort ordentligt, men vores henvendelser blev aldrig taget seriøst. Efterfølgende fik vi at vide, at man specifikt skal fortælle, hvilke ting man ønsker rengjort. Det var vi ikke informeret om. Når man beder om rengøring af et hotelværelse, forventer man naturligvis, at den almindelige rengøring omfatter hele værelset. Vi sov desuden med det samme sengetøj under næsten hele vores ferie. Først den sidste dag blev sengetøjet skiftet, efter at vi selv gjorde opmærksom på, at det tydeligt kunne ses, at det trængte til at blive udskiftet. Vores værelse lå desværre også lige ved personaleindgangene. Det betød konstant trafik med personale, der gik ind og ud, hvilket var meget forstyrrende. Hver gang døren blev åbnet, blev et automatisk lys tændt udenfor, og det oplyste vores værelse flere gange i løbet af natten, så vi blev forstyrret i vores søvn. Derudover oplevede vi en anden ubehagelig hændelse under opholdet, som hotellet heller ikke håndterede eller tog ansvar for. Samlet set levede opholdet langt fra vores forventninger. Vi kan desværre ikke anbefale dette hotel, og vi var faktisk glade for at kunne rejse derfra.

Bodrum’da konakladığımız bu otelden gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Konumu mükemmel, çarşının tam içinde ve her yere yürüyerek ulaşmak çok kolay. Odalar tertemiz, düzenli ve oldukça konforluydu. Ama en güzeli, çalışanların güler yüzü ve ilgisiydi. Daha ilk günden itibaren kendimizi yabancı gibi değil, resmen evimizde hissederek konakladık. Kahvaltı ise ayrı bir güzeldi; çeşit bol, her şey taze ve lezzetliydi. Güne böyle başlamak tatilin en keyifli anlarından biri oldu. Keyifli, huzurlu ve sorunsuz bir tatil geçirdik. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edilebilir, biz tekrar gelmeyi kesinlikle düşünüyoruz.

Defa gelisimiz, personel çok ilgiliydi ufak tefek sorunlarla karşılastik ama hızlıca çözdüler. 🙏 Fiyat performans oteliydi diyebilirim konumu çok iyi tam merkezi yürüyerek kısa sürede hem otobüs durağına hemde gezilebilecek eglenebilecek yerlere kısa sürede ulaştık. Temizlik ilk kaldığımiz zamana göre iyileştirilmiş durumdaydı gerçekten çok memnun kaldık tavsiye ederiz yolunuz düşerse ✅
