The room was tidy and clean. The staff was very helpful. The state of repair of one of the two bathrooms needs improvement. When water was flowing I could hear this in my room. The worst aspect was that one could not flush toilet paper in the toilet.

Great place with a beautiful Park view from a small balcony, very bright apartment. Excellent Wi-Fi. Very friendly owner, always in touch and ready to solve all issues. Excellent transport communications, metro near the entrance to the apartment. I recommend!

This place was more like an Airbnb, a room (6 total) in an apartment on the 4th floor of an ordinary building in a middle class neighborhood away from the tourist bustle. We found some great food and stores nearby, right on the metro line. The room itself is pretty basic. And if you book contact them ahead so you can be let in as there’s no reception or onsite staff. The park across the street is lovely but also kinda loud at night and there’s traffic going by at all hours. It was good fit for us for one night with a flight out in the morning. No aircon so summer would likely be brutal.

Stayed at the guest house for about 2 weeks. I have no complaints. It was very clean and quite. The property manager was there each day to clean. Even asked if there was anything he could do or if I needed anything to accommodate the stay. He also Spoke very good English which helped out. I may end up rebooking on my way back thru Portugal. It was a pleasure. Much Thanks!

Der Lift war defekt (3 Stock), das Zimmer hatte 2 Betten, ein Metallgerüst für die Kleider, eine Lampe an der Decke und ein Ventilator. Uns war auch nicht bewusst, dass es eine umgebaute Wohnung ist und die Badezimmer / WC gemeinsam genutzt werden. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Devant l'immeuble il y a une petite pancarte qui demande de sonner au 3ieme gauche (pas facile à voir dans la nuit!). Le gars ne décroche pas son téléphone (et n'a pas whatsapp). On entend le bruit des portes claquer de l'étage... le reste est ok (douches propres et dispo, matelas ok, insonorisé de l'extérieur). Pas de linge/serviette.
