The staff and the owners were very friendly and helpful .Specially the housekeeper Kidist goes above and beyond when cleaning and organizing the room without expecting anything in return .My favorite part of the breakfast was the papaya smoothie.I highly recommend this property .

I like Holiday Hotel much. It's well organized and the rooms are comfortable. Bottles of water and amenities are provided. The employees are extremely helpful. Even when I had to pick up a bag at the airport, an extra shuttle was arranged. Thank you Haile for your kind support! The hotel gave me a room on 7th floor with exciting view on the Epiphany ceremonies on the street. Thank you for giving me this beautiful room.

Although the hotel is listed as non-smoking, there were guests smoking inside. This was very disappointing and created an unhealthy environment, especially for my children. I kindly ask that you take stronger measures to enforce the no-smoking policy to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for families.
