Staff were very friendly and helpful. I called shortly prior to arrival to ask about valet parking. Got clear friendly info. Check in was simple and came with 2 complimentary drinks. My room was very clean, with cute, thoughtful, non-cookie cutter decor. The bar was well stocked, had some really cool decor, comfortable seating. There were also several seating areas, a grab and go snack/drink area, table games, and a small business area. In the morning, coffee and muffins were set out for guests. I will definitely return in the future as I felt I got a huge return for the price and location was a block away from multiple sports/concert venues.
