Recently stayed two nights to celebrate two special occasions. Hôtel was beautiful, a very trendy boutique. In a fantastic location which made exploring very easy. Our room was immaculate with a relaxing vibe. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Wish we had stayed for longer, will definitely return.

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location, with a great bar and atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, which was part of our honeymoon. Unfortunately, our experience at checkout left a rather sour taste. The gentleman on reception insisted that we needed to pay for a breakfast supposedly charged to our room, despite neither of us having eaten breakfast at the hotel. There were two of us staying, which made the charge for just one breakfast even more questionable. When challenged, he was unable to produce a signed receipt or any evidence that we had authorised the charge, yet remained quite forceful in insisting that we were responsible for it. To make matters worse, we were then kept waiting for approximately 20 minutes whilst he claimed that ‘Expedia’ was checking the bill. Quite why Expedia needed to be involved in verifying a breakfast charge supposedly incurred at the hotel was unclear. This unnecessary delay held us up when we needed to leave for the airport, turning what should have been a pleasant end to our honeymoon stay into a stressful and frustrating experience. It’s a real shame, as everything else about the hotel had been excellent. A little more professionalism, courtesy and willingness to investigate the discrepancy would have made all the difference. A wonderful stay, sadly let down by a very disappointing checkout experience.

Great Location! Close to everything in a great neighbourhood. Incredible room, the bed was comfortable the room was spotlessly clean. The staff was courteous and wanted to make sure that we had a nice stay. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Lovely hotel in a great location

The hotel is new and well designed. We booked the junior suite as we were three adults, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable but they've changed it to a single bed upon our request. The service at the reception and the restaurant was very amicable. The only down side was the room service - the room was not cleaned everyday, just beds made. Put only 2 towels for 3 people, and 1 water bottle. Once we complained we got ehat we needed but the next day the sane mistakes occurred.
