I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Sheraton Kagoshima. The hotel was beautiful, impeccably clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality truly stood out and made my stay even more special. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided and of excellent quality. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kagoshima. I would definitely love to stay here again!

All the hotel staff were friendly, and the room was spacious and clean. The shuttle bus running between the hotel and the central station every 30 minutes was extremely convenient for getting around town. The public bath was also great for unwinding after a long day of travel. If I had to suggest one minor addition, it would be wonderful to have toothbrushes provided in the public bath amenities.

This hotel is a great deal, especially with a strong dollar. Our room was spacious and had a magnificent view of the volcano, the city and the sea. Staff were helpful and attentive. The tram that runs through the city stops right in front of the hotel so travel was especially easy.

Karen on Concierge Desk was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help reunite me with property I left at my previous hotel. The manager in the Daily Social Restaurant was particularly helpful in accommodating our vegan requirements. The staff are a credit to the Sheraton Kagoshima.
