Just save yourself the headache, terrible communication, takes way too long just to get a code to the apartment. The apartment wasnt cleaned at all so be prepared to spend on another hotel. The whole experience was just a massive mess!

The building did not have a lockable front door or a working elevator.. The location is near a hospital and a car dealer and nothing else.

Our Sao Julio location exceeded our expectations. Communication with the management was easy and we got quick answers to our questions and requests. It’s very well situated, 2 minutes from Praco do Comercio, with lots of options around for food, shopping and tourism (walking distance to Alfama, Bairro Alto). Easy access to public transportation. There was an elevator in the building which facilitates access to the unit. The beds were super comfortable, AC was well appreciated during hot days/nights. Kitchen was well equipped and access to a washing machine in our unit was very practical. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.

The stay was good overall, we were told that the apartment was permanently closed so we got moved to another building. That was a fantastic upgrade and thank you again, the kitchen had enough cups, cutlery, and plates to accommodate 6 people. The only downside was trying to figure out the AC, the owners were very quick to respond and help but we still ended up having to reset the breaker 4-5 times during our stay. We also must say although being beside the tram line was convenient, it was aLao quite loud. Overall tho was absolutely wonderful, in a great location and great response time! Thank you very much

We stayed 21 nights and enjoyed the apartment and Lisbon. Transfer of door codes by email at the airport worked well and the shuttle service was excellent. The apartment suited us well - cozy (a bit tight for some N. American standards), well equipped, and functional. Transportation to anywhere in Lisbon and beyond is very close by. The local neighbourhood was interesting, a bit run down in places but also worth exploring due to local ambiance, parks and hangouts frequented by local people. Grocery store is very close by. The apartment staff were friendly and very accommodating. When a small problem occurred 19 days into our stay, it was corrected immediately when we phoned. We will stay here again.

Interesting place

Pros: -new apartment -has all the necessary kitchen appliances & equipment -has washer with dryer system in one -provides breakfast -cleans every other day -easy access using codes Con: -It’s too far from the city center. -human-less management so no one to talk to when there’s an issue (like people smoking inside the building, strangers following into the building, etc) -you need a working phone to call the management so for tourist who have only e-sim, it’s impossible to communicate -apartment is visible from outside when you leave.

Great property, but they make you go through the worst check-in process and send you to a completely different neighbourhood to pick up access codes (information that can simply be messaged to you over WhatsApp) to get in. It was difficult to find the office and even harder if you don't speak Portuguese and don't know your way around the city. I also found the contact number on Expedia was incorrect. While some check-in information can be found in the Special Check-In Instructions, it needs to be more clear that you need to contact the property beforehand to make arrangements to check in.
