The staff were very kind, but unfortunately my room had a serious bed bug infestation. I woke up with painful bites all over my legs and had to see a doctor after I checked out. The doctor even found a bed bug in my luggage. If I hadn't discovered it in time, I could have brought the infestation to my friend's home, where there is a small child. What made the experience even more upsetting was that on the first night I was told the bites were caused by mosquitoes because I had left the window open. Later, it became clear they already knew about the problem. I was placed in that room anyway. When we opened the packaged blankets, several bugs came out, which was completely unacceptable. The hotel is in very poor condition. The shower barely had any water, and the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. The electrical system also seemed unsafe. I even experienced small electric shocks, and between that and the bed bug bites, my legs and body ended up covered in painful marks. The area around the hotel also did not feel safe, especially for women. My bag was stolen on the street nearby during my stay. This was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience....and doctor says i have a severe allergy reactions to this bugs I cannot recommend this hotel, and I hope the management takes these serious health and safety issues seriously before other guests have to go through the same thing.

İki puanı resepsiyondaki beyefendinin güler yüzlülüğü için verdim. Gerçekten hayatımda bu kadar pis bir oda görmedim. İki oda değiştirdik ikiside birbirinden beterdi. Hatta iki ayrı oda aldık arkadaşlarımızınkini de kontrol ettik böyle bir berbatlık yok. Klimalar çalışmıyor. Sabah hasta uyandık. Odalar kesinlikle temiz değildi. Fiyat performans karşılaştırması da yapmayalım arkadaşlar cebimizden çıkan her para değerli sonuçta ve burası haketmiyor.

Stimmt schon, was will man erwarten bei dem Preis. Aber trotzdem: die Dusche ist auseinander gefallen sobald man die berührt hat. Kein warmes Wasser. Der Gastgeber wollte uns überzeugen unsere Koffer nicht mit ins Zimmer zu nehmen. Kein Aufzug. Kaputte Steckdosen. Also weil wir auf der Durchreise sind und nur eine Nacht da waren, haben wir es halt so hingenommen.

Nazik, kibar ve yardımsever insanların işlettiği herkesin gönül rahatlığıyla kalıp, şehri keşfedip, işlerini kolayca halledebileceği süper bir alternatif. Her şey için teşekkürler. If you don't plan to stay at Hilton, you don't need to stay anywhere else but Vatan Hotel. Her şey çok güzeldi. Otel merkezi bir yerde. Dışardan küçük görünüyor ama içi çok geniş ve ferah. Mutfağı ve holü çok güzel. Odalar tek kişilik biraz küçük ama fena değil. Tek sorun tuvaletin musluğu bozuktu. Daha doğrusu kötü ve sert bir musluğu vardı. Onun dışında sorun yaşamadım
