We stayed here for 2 nights in the end of May. We weren't aware that this place is located right above the busy shops and convenient food places, which was also in the heart of big night life. We had people outside our window being loud up until close to 3:30am. The host provided earplugs which was a necessity since the walls were quite thin to the outside and also to the neighboring rooms. Some of us had trouble staying asleep through the night due to the noise.
The room in itself was nice a spacious with modern amenities and long countertops to put things on. We had a small kitchenette, but didn't end up using it. One downfall was the shower. Every time we took a shower, it seemed like the water was going to flood over the edge of the tile platform. Not sure if the drain was plugged or this was just the way it was set up. However, we had to take quick showers to keep this from happening.
Overall, it felt like a safe area to walk to the different districts as long as you are ok with staying in the hustle and bustle of a busy city.
The hosts did a good job of organizing private taxi transfers from and to hotel.
