A wonderful french hotel in a great location with good facilities. Our room was great, having two bedrooms, with views over both the marina and bay as well as the pool. Aircon was very good and balconies great. Rooms had electric shutters offering additional security as well as shade. Fridge and safe in the room were most welcome. There is a local bus stop ( with some buses to Frejus and the front) free. A nearby shop in the marina was good for food and drink. Many places to eat in the marina.

Had a lovely 11 night stay at Hotel & Spa Brise de Mer. There were 2 or three things that could have improved our stay - there was only wardrobe hanging space - a chest of drawers would have been very useful as it meant leaving quite a lot of things in the suitcase. The other thing was that the fridge wasn’t efficient- it didn’t keep water cold or any other drinks. The positive things far outweighed the negatives though. It was in a lovely situation - we had great views from the balcony and the pools and jacuzzi were great. I would choose this Hôtel again on another visit to the French Riviera .

Hôtel vieillissant mal c'est dommage. Personnel d'accueil très bien, cependant, les femmes de chambre pas très sympathiques, elles ne m'ont pas prévenue que j'avais oublié 4 robes dans la chambre laissée à 11h le matin, alors que je n'ai repris mes bagages, déposés à la bagagerie que le soir vers 18h... Air conditionné médiocre Mini bar à remplacer car vétuste En revanche grande chambre agréable avec un balcon donnant sur un jardin mais en friches. Environnement calme et bien situé à proximité de santa Lucia et proche également des plages et du centre ville.

Loin d’un 4 étoiles. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur mer il n’y avait aucune vue sur mer. Nous avons eu une chambre à l’extrémité de l’hôtel ou le Wifi ne marchait pas. Pas de bouteille d’eau dans les chambre. Le service au chambre na pas ete effectué malgré la mise en place de la pancarte sur porte. Malheureusement vous avons trouvé un cafard dans la salle de bain. Pas de serviette au spa. Petit déjeuner tres maigre pour son prix et pour un 4 etoile. Prévoir une bonne marche pour arriver au centre de saint Raphaël

Vi havde ærligt talt forventet langt mere af et hotel, der markedsføres som 4-stjernet. Hotellet fremstod generelt ikke særlig rent. Der var flere steder, hvor rengøringen virkede mangelfuld, og det gav et indtryk af, at vedligeholdelse og hygiejne ikke har høj prioritet. Personalet var høfligt, men deres engelskkundskaber var meget begrænsede. Det gjorde det svært at få hjælp og besvare simple spørgsmål, hvilket er overraskende på et hotel med internationale gæster. Beliggenheden er fin og tæt på havnen, men det er stort set også hotellets største styrke. Værelserne og de fælles områder lever efter vores mening ikke op til den standard, man bør kunne forvente af et 4-stjernet hotel. Vi har boet på mange 4-stjernede hoteller rundt om i Europa, og dette er efter vores vurdering ikke et af dem. På en god dag svarer hotellet højst til et gennemsnitligt 3-stjernet hotel. Vi kommer ikke til at vælge hotellet igen og kan desværre ikke anbefale det til rejsende, der forventer en ægte 4-stjernet oplevelse.

Nous avions réservé une chambre vue mer et payé en conséquence. Résultat vue jardin des voisins en dessous il fallait l'imaginer la vue "mer" Climatisation défaillante et mis à part le veilleur de nuit de notre arrivée qui était sympathique et compréhensif et les femmes de chambres aussi le reste du personnel ainsi que le responsable clairement imbuvable. Ne vous laissez pas charmee par les photos elles sont trompeuses. En dessous du niveau 4 et a moins d'être proche des escaliers vous ne verrez pas la mer face a votre fenêtre. Buffet petit déjeuner trop peu varié ça ne mérite pas les 15e par personnes facturé. Chez 1ere classe on vous propose la même chose moins cher à ce niveau. Le décor des chambres est vieillissant un rafraîchissement ne ferait aucun mal.

La chambre était magnifique, avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées : on n’entend absolument pas ce qu’il se passe à côté. Le personnel était également très agréable et accueillant. Le seul bémol concerne malheureusement la piscine intérieure, qui n’est pas chauffée. Le jacuzzi est agréable au début, mais l’eau n’est pas assez chaude pour y rester longtemps, et la piscine intérieure était vraiment froide. Petite astuce pour le parking : garez-vous au parking du petit port de Santa Lucia, situé à moins de 2 minutes à pied de l’hôtel. Cela permet d’éviter les frais de parking supplémentaires.
