little bit confuse when doing online check-in. we planed to drip off our luggage, but there is no staff on site. We have to find local locker to store the luggage. I tried to use whatsApp to contact them, only AI or general representative to reply me, no help at all. I may not reconsider to book this type of hotel in future. Th location is at the center of the city.

When we arrived at the hostel, there was nobody there. We woke up neighbours who said that the only way was to contact them by WhatsApp. Tel phone number did not work. The neighbours said that this was à usual problem with visitors to the house. The AC unit also leaked water all over the floor

Seville was extremely crowded with April Fair when we visited. Rooms were very difficult to find, so we ended up here. It's a bit of an odd place. There is no personal reception, which we knew when booking, but it was a bit odd not seeing another person there while we stayed. The process to use a door code to get a key box code didn't seem hugely efficient, but we did get in. Our room wasn't dirty, but it was in disrepair. Shower sprayed all over the bathroom, no place to hang a towel, etc. It gave us a safe place to sleep, but not a lot more than that.

Clunky check in procedure which also means your phone gets lit up with emails after you book. Stairs only so if you have heavy bags (fortunately I didn't) and are not in the ground floor room you'll get a good workout. The shower is ridiculous with the bathroom light going off automatically every few minutes, leaving you in the dark. If you stick your hand issue the cutaneous and wave it around it will come back on but then repeat not long after. Water goes onto the bathroom floor so after your shower you have to do some mopping. Not an expensive room rate but one of those "get what you're paying for" places.

Poor communication and service

No front desk. After self checking-in online, we arrived at the entrance at 3pm, but we still have not received any email regarding the entrance code. After multiple attempts of phone calling, someone finally contacted us through WhatsApp and gave us the instructions. But then they sent us the wrong instructions and wrong location to get the key. So we had to go back and forth just to get the code and key. Because of this poor communication, we had wasted for an hour just to be able to get into the apartment.

Don't rent. Unprofessional and bad condition.

I really dont like to leave bad reviews, but I feel I have to. This place needs to up their game a lot. Landlords/owners tried over at long chat on WhatsApp to make me sendt my passport AND credit cards details to them. This is of course not acceptable and I for long thought someone tried to scam me (since the payment was already done securely via the app). So for hours I didn't know whether I had a room or not and they were not easy to reach. Ultimately they accepted that I would not send any such information and finally I got the information on how to enter and it was not a scam, but still a VERY bad practice and unprofessional conduct that they need to stop completely. The condition of the room was poor and all installations were poorly/unprofessionally made. Just some examples:The room smelled like paint and there was no windows, but just a very noisy and very old AC with the electric cables hanging on the wall. Poor lighting. Bad job with paint and walls; holder for the towels falling out of the wall. Dangerous bathing, seriously. Water got close to boiling (not exaggerating!). Doors and "internal windows are very poor quality; bad lucks too. I could go on, really. The owners REALLY need to make a complete redo/makeover or go into another business.
