Location not so easy to find, because the place is quiet, thus a bit aside. There is a very nice (and large) family-type restaurant nearby (Adana Sofrasi). Very good stay.

I checked in on Wednesday for 2 nights , it was so nice extended my stay by another 2 nights . Breakfast is traditionall Turkish breakfast that has plenty of choice . Service very very good. Room is very nice and spotless . I’m a solo traveler so feel very safe

The whole hotel is like a giant ashtray. even the non-smoking rooms stink with smoke as they allow smoking indoors including restaurant. Disgusting in this age and in a country where smoking indoors in shared spaces are forbidden by law.

I have been staying at this hotel for 7 days, and the experience has been absolutely terrible. The outside temperature being 22°C, the rooms are unbearably hot because the central AC only provides heating in October. The hotel refuses to do ANYTHING about it, not even provide a fan. Their ridiculous solution? "Just open the window!" Meanwhile, THREE bars directly below the hotel blast extremely loud music from 9 PM until 4 AM, and the windows are not soundproof. How are guests supposed to sleep with the windows open? There seems to be no manager or supervisor available to resolve these issues. Instead, four staff members sit behind reception all day on their phones, unable to communicate in basic English or even bother using Google Translate. Zero responsibility, zero professionalism, and absolutely no concern for guests' comfort. After 7 days of unbearable heat, sleepless nights, and terrible service, I am extremely disappointed. Absolutely unacceptable for a supposedly 4-star hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
