Very nicely located property. 5-8 minutes to the water. Less than 1 km to train. Very competitive price. Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us

Great location. Diego was always available. The apartment is a nice size and very clean, has all the amenities that one might need. Exception, no kitchen, but there were lots of restaurants, bars, and more within a 2 minute walk. I knew it was the top floor, a walk up, so was prepared for that. The entire experience was very enjoyable and I would definitely return again. Thanks Diego.
