Good stay overall

Great location. Lovely staff. Older building with lots of character. Small room and noisy street. Not worth what we paid but you’re paying for the location.

Location was extremely convenient. Room had all required essentials. Breakfast served every morning in-room was definitely a highlight. Location in fairly busy area means noisy at night. Instructions for entry into property & room can be confusing.

Great room in a great location!

I booked this room for a quick one night stay before flying out of Rome but I wish we could have stayed longer! It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was easily accessible by bus and well located for walking to many attractions. The little extras really made this a great stay - complimentary water and soft drink, fresh fruit, and a quiet little balcony let us feel refreshed after arriving. The timing of our visit was a little challenging but communication with the staff was great and they kindly helped us get everything sorted out.

6/10 Good

Great spot for a short trip, small apartment and quite noisy from inside hotel. If planning on spending a lot of time in apartment avoid. Pros: Unbeatable location Netflix in room for end of day relaxing Bed was good Breakfast in room was nice touch if you like breakfast before leaving Cons: Not much sound insulation from corridor (light door) Space: very small room for 2 people with cases and bags Terrace: Dirty, covered in bird poo, and in shade not sun, surrounded by buildings. Visited in March so may be better in summer when hotel expects it to be used.

8/10 Very good

A very nice B&B. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Walking distance to everything it seemed like. Wonderful that you can leave your luggage locked in a closet after check out when your flight leaves at night. AC and wifi worked properly. Only thing is the noice. The road outside is very noisy and is a major road so traffic is 24/7. We slept without any problem but our friends traveling with us had issues. Also we had a very noisy family in the room next to us. Asked them to keep it down but it was the same the next night. So be prepared that room is not soundproof. Will still come back next time in Rome. Wonderful place.

Rooms were clean and well kept. We got there very early and staff let us get into room and was very friendly and informative. It was on 2nd floor and elevator did not work.

Room was clean. Breakfast was spot on and arrived at the time requested. Location is perfect for central Rome. WiFi was very patchy

6/10 Good

Unit was ok, a bit of a strange vibe since it was in a building with offices. My greatest complaint is that the description on how to enter the unit was not accurate nor complete. There was no elevator access despite the fact that the apartment description claims there is. Going up 30 steps with large suitcases is hardly the way I expected to arrive. Directions to enter the apartment lacked the last essential step to enter the apartment itself! So calling someone using the number they provided several times, before reaching someone was also stressful to say the least. The fact that they only needed to specify that we should look for an envelope with the unit keys at the floor entrance would have done wonders. Wasted a lot of time and energy for no good reason.
