Yo viajé para asistir a la graduación de mi hija. En los restaurantes del hotel había una demora de hasta una hora para que te atendieran. En la cafetería se les terminó la comida.
Yo puedo entender que había un número alto de personas hospedadas por los eventos de graduación y la gente que asistía a los diferentes juegos deportivos en los estadios cercanos. Sin embargo, ¿cómo es posible que no se hayan preparado con tiempo para una situación así?
Le pregunté no solo a uno, sino a más de tres empleados respecto a la graduación, y nadie tenía información.
I traveled to attend my daughter’s graduation. In the hotel restaurants, there was up to a one-hour wait to be served. At the cafeteria, they ran out of food.
I can understand that there was a high number of guests due to the graduation events and the people attending the different sports games in the nearby stadiums. However, how is it possible that the hotel did not prepare in advance for such a situation?
I asked not just one, but more than three employees about the graduation, and none of them had any information.
