The hotel location was right at the beach, I had a room with a sea view terrace and it was perfect. The cleaning team turned my room every day and even left me a very nice birthday treat and message which was really nice to find when I returned to my room. The views from the rooftop pool and bar are fantastic too. The breakfast choice was great and all staff were very welcoming and friendly. I'd definite recommend staying here, and would do so again if I return to Benidorm. Thank you to all the team at this hotel!

8/10 Very good

Likes: great location right at the beach, buffet, rooftop pool. Dislikes: our room was right next to an elementary school (window directly overlooks school playground) and we could hear children screaming very early in the morning. There was also no parking available (we were told lot was full) and we had to figure out our own parking. The sink and shower drain in our room were also clogged. Based on the cost of the room and our experience, it’s unlikely we’d stay here again.

The staff were the friendliest we have ever come across in a hotel. It was our first time in the Barcelo chain but it won't be our last.

First visit to the Barcelo Benidorm Beach and we loved it! Excellent location to everything, food was very good! The room was good - we didn’t realise the room we booked didn’t have a balcony and this was a missing for us. The room was clean but the floor did sometimes feel sandy! Would definitely recommend and would go back.
