Pleasant stay with exceptional check-in service Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the reception staff provided exceptional service when we checked in. Finding the hotel entrance, however, was difficult. We arrived by bus and walked to the hotel, but even after asking several people for directions, we were sent the wrong way and ended up walking in circles. We found a glass door at reception level, which seemed to be on the first floor and accessible through the attached building or mall. The door was locked. Staff inside saw us knocking but didn’t open it or explain where to enter, so we had to walk around the building again to reach the main entrance. Clearer directions or signage—and help from staff when guests arrive at the locked door—would make the experience much easier. Once we reached reception, the service was excellent.
