Great location! The apartment is clean and has a nice kitchen and bedroom. There were ants in the bathroom. It is on the 2nd floor, so up two flights of stairs (no elevator). Air conditioners worked but were difficult to get started, as the instructions provided were incomplete and partially incorrect, and the remote for the A/C had run-down batteries and barely worked. Once we got them going we could not adjust the temp - the thermostat on the wall did nothing, despite claims from the manager. The only contact with the manager is via WhatsApp. If the manager left some accurate instructions for the AC and charged up the remote it'd be a 5* - as it is it's a 4* at best.

The location is perfect for exploring Venice and quieter area with excellent canal restaurants at your doorstep. Convenient with a stop a short 4 min walk with access to both airport and main vaparretto. And easy walking distance to train station. The actual accomodation was spacious with a nice welcome package. We didnt recieve all access information before arrival and the whatsapp number we were communicating from was disconnected, luckily were able to get from another guest as they left property. This has been typical though with non hotel desk checkins in Italy. Make sure you get all that sorted before arrival. Uncertainty adds unneeded stress when travelling. Overall was good value for money. And location couldnt have been better. Close enough to everything but just off the main tourist paths for some calm, in a very busy city.

This apartment was off the beaten path just around the corner from a small canal. We were on the 3rd floor, there’s no elevator, so that was a hike. View from the room to see the canal we had to stick our head out of the window and look to the right. The staff was extremely welcoming, a surprise of snack was a welcomed surprise! We loved our stay here. Would recommend!
