The perfect get-away

Great hotel with excellent customer service. Lovely lobby area with superb design. Tasty breakfast is served next door at Restaurant Kuparipaja. Great location in the Fiskars Village, the most beautiful little village near Helsinki.

Nice location but feels like a hostel

The hotel is located very centrally in Fiskars, but most of the rooms are located in a separate building across the street and breakfast is in a third building. The room was comfortable but very poor light in the desk (where you would apply your make-up).

Nice staff and beautiful location. When booking a room note that all the rooms aren't in the hotel building, also the breakfast isn't served in the hotel building. Sadly the room was dusty, as in you could see the visible dust layers. The fridge was warm and wouldn't get cold at all. Also there was food that of course had gone bad, probably left by earlier guests.

Kaikki tuntuivat olevan niin erillään toisistaan aamupala eri rakennuksessa vastaanotto eri rakennuksessa majoitusmme sivurakennuksenuksessa koska siellä oli kaksi koira ystävällistä huonetta. Televisio puuttui. Takit olisi voineet olla hieman pehmeämmät ja lämpimämmät tuntui että pussilakanoiden sisällä oli vain viltit. Niin sisäänkirjautuminen kuin ulos kirjautuminenkin oli sähköistetty. Kontaktia henkilökuntaan ei juurikaan ollut eikä heitä näkynyt. Yhden yön Majoituksena hyvä.

Hotellissa asuessa kaipaa TVtä, sen puute harmitti. Hotellin lobby takkatulineen oli kiva, mutta tuli olisi voinut palaa myös amulla. Kaiken kaikkiaan kuitenkin kiva kokemus.
