The hotel has an excellent location, which is definitely its biggest advantage. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately, the check-in process was very frustrating. If you don’t have an Italian SIM card, it is almost impossible to contact the hotel staff by phone. The breakfast was quite basic, consisting mainly of bread, cheese, and cold cuts, although the coffee was very good. Another major issue was the lack of hot water in the shower, which significantly affected the overall experience. Overall, the hotel offers a great location, clean and large rooms, but there are several service and maintenance issues that need improvement.

Vincenzo who I communicated with prior to arrival was quick to respond and friendly. We enjoyed seeing him in the afternoons and really enjoyed his recommendations. Vera who was at the hotel early every morning and throughout the day was a delight. We felt like we were old friends of hers before the end of our stay. Small hotel, clean rooms, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was standard. Would recommend. 2 blocks from hop on hop off us stop and 2 blocks from local taxis and busses

Small B&B/Hotel with 7-8 rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location. Beside river in front of Castel Angelo. 5-10 min walk from St Peter's Basilica and Piazza Navona. Bus stop <5 min away. Safe neighbourhood. Plenty of places to eat <10 min away. 10-15 min bus ride from Capitoline Museum.
