Location: Far from the crowded ferry bank and main beach, this B&B allowed us to truly relax & take in Positano. It’s closer to the Fornillo beach which is less crowded... highly recommend. Take the Interno bus from Piazza Di Mulini (church) and get off at Grotto di Fornillo stop and it’s just few more steps to the B&B. You’ll get the hang of it after 1-2 times!
Room: The rooms were very pretty, clean, and felt like a home. Gippy takes care of it himself with the beautiful JJ. We were a family of 4 and booked the room that had a queen bed downstairs and another upstairs. There was a private terrace with table for 4 with our room.
Breakfast: You’ll meet Gippy, our favorite person with a warm smile great sense of humor ready with friendly conversations every morning at b’fast. You’ll also meet beautiful JJ, who helps Gippy. They have a common bigger terrace area which was used for a delicious and filling breakfast and beautiful views and flowers. It’s not food just lying there in a buffet. They personally bring it out to your table on trays and make fresh coffee or anything else you’d like. My kids have food allergies and Gippy made sure everything was safe for them to enjoy.
We miss you Gippy, we loved your personal attention to our family’s needs, from the day we booked to the day we left… and even afterwards when we checked whether our onward journey from Positano was smooth. We hope anyone reading this will book Venus B&B.
