Hotel still under work. Not sound proofed. But service from staff is nice.

Stay was lovely. The only downfall is the noise from the roads and the gate to get into the hotel. Between those 2 it made it really difficult to get some proper sleep. If I can suggest that windows are double glazed to try and cancel out some of the noise. Also, the room was only made up on arrival. The following day, no one came in to make up the room. The coffee satchets in the room are Ricoffee and lets be honest. No one drinks that. Try to put better coffee sachet in the room. (Circo, Nescafe, etc...)

CAUTION!!!!! Most horrendous accommodation I have EVER stayed at So many issues, and the manager didn't even want to take our call, left it up to front of house to try resolve Both bathrooms toilet seats were broken, aircons didn't work, sleeper couch broken can't sleep on it, hair everywhere, couldn't walk around without shoes on. 2 towels available for 5 people, nowhere does it mention the property is right on Witkoppen so very noisy. The list goes on....... Would never return
