We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Guardi in the Family Suite. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The location was excellent. close to the major sights while still being in a quieter area that let us experience the charm of Venice. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were always happy to answer questions and offer assistance. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Palazzo Guardi to anyone visiting Venice, especially families looking for a comfortable stay in a great location.

The hotel is in a great location, close to a water taxi stop. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and skilled in multiple languages. Breakfast was provided with our stay and had a good choice served as a buffet. At breakfast we were offered a choice of fresh made hot drinks. Overall would definitely stay again.

We had a room on the top floor with a rooftop terrace. It was very spacious and clean and the staff were excellent. We loved every minute there. There was a small lift to be able to get luggage up to the hotel (3rd floor). The location was excellent and right near the Accademia bridge over the grand canal and multiple water bus stops.

Location is very close to vapertto docks however main entrance is in a very very narrow ally, not facing the lagoon. Air conditioner didn’t properly work and had to have a padestal fan in the room. We were greeted by a friendly happy receptionist, whom Made us feel immensely welcome. We were checked in, given a map of the city, and advice where to go, stay & visit. She was extremely helpful & polite. The room was very clean & inviting. Coffee and water avail and topped up throughout the visit. Room was cleaned daily, sheets made & bathroom cleaned. The breakfast was nice, the eating areas, filled and everything was available. Plenty of food & Fri is nicely laid out. The lady server ensured plenty coffee and cappuccino available throughout. On departing, the receptionist kept our bags safe for our checkout was 11am & flights at 10pm We were able to use our last day without luggage holding us back. Perfect ending to our stay. Thankyou
