From the moment you walked through the door, the whole experience was amazing, spotlessly clean rooms, when we were shown to the room, the receptionist noticed a problem with the hot tub tap, which was rectified within an hour, the food was sublime, live music on one night, would not hesitate going again!

+ very nice staff, very personal and friendly! + the look of the facility is amazing! + definitely value for money! - the rooms are a bit poorly soundproofed so you can hear the traffic on the street. - the pool is amazing but should be cleaned more regularly - unfortunately a little mold in the bathroom, but the rest was amazing!

The hotel is beautiful, we had a wonderful 4 night stay. The breakfast was a highlight of my holiday and the restaurant team went above and beyond. They surprised me on my birthday with a glass of cava for my partner and I, and even a birthday candle in my pancakes! We had an issue with the hot tub but the hotel resolved this fairly quickly and offered a small gesture of goodwill which was appreciated. There are works ongoing around the hotel so it was a little noisy at times but this was outside of their control. The location is excellent to explore the whole island, a short walk to the beach, and the reception team recommended some hidden gems. We had a great deal as it was shoulder season, it was good value and overall I'd recommend and stay again.

6/10 Good

Their internet access tries to be smart and denies totally valid email addresses at login. Spending half an hour just to get a wifi connection is costly when the stay costs 900/night. Reception was unable to provide me with a USB-C type charger.

Peaceful oasis Es Pujols. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast superb. Gym needs more equipment is my only recommendation. The weights were too limited.

Lugar incrível, super bem localizado, equipe super atenciosa.
