Upon arrival, we were helped right away with check in. The staff were very helpful with getting my luggage to the floor our room was which was greatly appreciated! Room was clean and the AC was wonderful after a very hot journey getting to Bordeaux. The breakfast buffet was good enough for feeding us the next morning before doing our exploring around the city. Check out was quick and easy with friendly staff who accommodated us with English. I would definitely stay here again if I make my way back to Bordeaux. Thank you Hotel Rosa!

Hotel sympathique très bien situé juste en face de la gare. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Les chambres ont la climatisation et un ventilateur de plafond, très bonne idée. Un petit point d'amélioration, indiquer la provenance du miel au petit déjeuner, en effet il est dans un bol mais on ne sait pas si c'est un producteur local ou du miel à bas prix de chez métro.

Hôtel très bien placé, tout près de la gare, des lignes de bus et du tramway. Chambre supérieure très agréable (demander côté patio car il y a peut-être plus de bruit côté rue), calme, avec une bonne literie, confortable. Climatisation efficace, grande télévision avec toutes les chaînes Mycanal. Accueil sympathique, petit déjeuner buffet, copieux et varié (toutefois un peu trop "industriel"). Bref, c'est un hôtel idéal pour visiter la ville (surtout si on vient en train car il y a peu de parkings gratuits aux alentours) et pour venir à un concert à l'Arena (trajet rapide et gratuit avec un bus spécifique !). On reviendra avec plaisir à l'hôtel Rosa lors d'un prochain séjour à Bordeaux !

Un hôtel très bien placé et au pied du tram. Malgré tout très calme. Une agréable terrasse sur cour permet de passer un agréable moment. Le petit dej est simple mais copieux. Personnel serviable et agréable , possibilité de laisser la valise en consigne le dernier jour. La chambre est spacieuse, le seul bémol se porte sur la salle de bains qui est très sombre et avec une évacuation de la douche au milieu de la pièce.

La chambre et la salle de bain sont très confortables, la literie parfaite et la sa situation face à la gare idéale, en cas de déplacement professionnel. Un très bel Hôtel, juste à côté de la gare. On imagine pas en franchissant la porte, ce qui se cache derrière le bar. Le petit salon, la décoration, l'escalier qui mène aux chambre. La chambre très agréable, moderne, calme. Nous avons adoré cet hôtel, et merci en particulier pour l'accueil.
