This was our second stay at your hotel in Hévíz. It was a lovely week to relax. Our bikes helped us keep the calories from all the delicious food under control 😀😉 I was really delighted by your birthday surprise on 3 July. Thank you very much. See you soon.

The AC was not working in the room. The food was bad at the restaurant. We didn’t enjoy the service. The coffee and unlimited drinks were poor. Overall very bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend

6/10 Good
