the houses were looking lovely on the internet and the house itself was clean and well maintained but it is more a hotel of value of 200 /300 reales per night. no more. the bed was cheap and terrible. the sheets were as thin as they could possible be and we didn't feel comfortable when we entered the room and found blood spatters on the wall and curtains. this doesn't fill one with confidence

Quarto limpo, mas o banheiro fica fora do quarto, o que foi informado, só não informaram que era longe. Escutamos desde a tv até ligações dos quartos vizinhos. Não foi informado que a pousada estava em obras. A praia do fundo é bem feia e mau cheirosa. Na piscina não tem bar pra vender bebidas, petiscos, etc. A escada de acesso não tem corrimão.

Não gostei muito das instalações. O primeiro quarto que peguei tinha banheiro no corredor. Tive que fazer upgrade na pousada para ter um banheiro no quarto. Fiquei sem graça pois podiam anunciar isso no aplicativo. Se soubesse eu não pegaria esse quarto. Enfim . Espero que melhorem essas questões.

A pousada é incrível, muito aconchegante, espaço excelente, pé na areia, boa localização. O único pormenor é o café da manhã não ter muita opção sem lactose e glúten, no mais a estadia foi excelente. Obs: o quarto com banheiro separado não é prático. Pense bem antes de reserva-lo porque sair do quarto para usar o banheiro é um pouco desconfortável.

Nossa experiência na Angra Sunset não foi agradável. Pois apareceram algumas surpresas que não estavam descritas no anúncio no momento que fizemos a reserva e se eu soubesse, teria reconsiderado e reservado em outro lugar. Primeiro que o nosso banheiro era fora do quarto. Imagine o transtorno que isso causa na hora de dormir e de manhã não só para a gente, mas a barulhada que faz de porta abrindo e fechando para os outros hóspedes do andar. Segundo que a pousada hospeda mais pessoas do que tem vagas internas de carro para abrigar. Tive que deixar o meu carro em um lote vago do lado e bem longe do quarto, que depois descobri que passou a noite toda com o portão destrancado. Outro transtorno pra sair e pegar as coisas no carro. Café da manhã e limpeza medianos, um show de horrores. Não recomendo, pois a estrutura é razoável e estava em uma viagem de lua de mel. Estes pontos deixaram a desejar e se soubesse teria escolhido um outro local. Não recomendo e não voltaria nem de graça!

Os quarto sao bem equipados com o basico do dia a dia, porem nao tem tanta tomada, cama ótima, café da manhã variado, ambiente limpo e organizada, funcionarios educados, nos deixa super avontade dentro da pousada e tira todas as duvidas que tiver, praia otima com aguas calmas, mas cheia de conchinhas.
