The staff is friendly, professional and helpful! The room is perfect for a week stay-)I spent most of my day out exploring)-it is clean, comfortable and easy to navigate with a roller bag. Located in a quiet neighborhood with many restaurants nearby. Not that far away from many of the sights Lisbon has to offer. Comfortable bed and good wifi. Personally, the only thing I didn't like was the lack of a "do not disturb" sign or option to opt out from having towels washed everyday. I just find that wasteful and not necessary. Except for that, great hotel!
