Absolutely loved our stay. Loved the building, the location and the cafe. Particularly loved the resident corgi at the cafe “Waddles”. Great place to stay near all the local amenities in the city. I have walked past Gordon House apartments several times and found it a fascinating heritage property. I have always wanted to stay there. I was not disappointed. It has a calm, relaxing and charming feel to it. Although I was a bit worried about the digital check-in experience, Courteney met me at the Cafe and assisted me to my room with courtesy and enthusiasm. I was given a complimentary room upgrade, which was very appreciated, and there were complimentary drinks in the fridge. The apartment was beautifully and tastefully furnished and reflected the period style of the hotel. It was comfortable and well-equipped with modern appliances. I felt safe and secure within the apartment hotel. The overall ambience was one of peacefulness and a calm oasis in the middle of the city. I loved the pool and pool area which was very tranquil and clean. Staying here was a lovely experience which I would happily repeat!
